Processing Time

Orders are typically processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

• Hong Kong: SF Express (2-3 days).
• Macau: Delivery to an eBuy location nearest to you. 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.  We offer free shipping for orders valued over HKD 300.

International Shipping

We currently only ship to Hong Kong and Macau. 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
